Dump Passes Available
Dump passes will be available for Marcellus Township and Village of Marcellus residents beginning April 1, 2024 through July 1, 2024.
Passes are limited to two (2) per household. Passes will be available at: Marcellus Village Hall, Grames Tire, and Marcellus Township Hall.
